By creating an account, placing an order, booking a service, posting content or otherwise using Fluto, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Fluto is a platform for ordering food, groceries and other products, booking local services, and connecting with others through social features. It is owned and operated by Sevra Groups Private Limited ("Sevra", "we", "us"), a software and marketing company. Fluto connects you with independent restaurants, stores, service professionals and delivery partners. We facilitate ordering, booking and delivery, but we do not ourselves cook the food, manufacture the products or perform the services that partners list.
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP), or another sign-in method we offer. You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in codes secure and for all activity under your account. One account is intended per person; please keep your contact and address details accurate.
When you place an order or booking, you are making an offer to buy from the selected restaurant, store or service provider. An order is confirmed once the partner accepts it. Item and service availability, descriptions and photos are provided by partners and may vary. Some services are fulfilled through a partner's own app; in that case the partner's terms also apply to that service.
Prices are set by partners and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A packaging charge, delivery fee and platform fee may apply, and any minimum order for free delivery is shown in the app — all charges are always shown before you pay. Order totals are calculated and verified on our servers. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their availability and verification.
We aim to deliver quickly, but all delivery and arrival times are estimates and depend on distance, weather, traffic and partner load. Handoff is verified with a delivery OTP. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address provided.
You may cancel free of charge before the partner accepts your order. A partner may decline an order or cancel an individual item that is unavailable, and for stores on auto-accept a delivery partner may cancel an unavailable item at pickup — in each case you are told exactly what changed and your total is recalculated. Where an affected item was paid online, the amount is routed to Fluto's refund desk and returned to your original payment method or as Fluto Coins, typically within 5–7 business days.
Offers and discount codes shown on our website or in the app — including seasonal and festive campaigns — are valid only for the period, categories and minimum order stated with each offer. Unless an offer says otherwise, a code can be used once per account and cannot be combined with other offers. We may change or withdraw an offer at any time, and we may cancel orders or recover discounts obtained through misuse, duplicate accounts or technical errors.
Where available, Fluto Coins are a loyalty reward with no independent cash value. The value of Coins is shown in the app. Coins are non-transferable, may carry an expiry, and can be modified or discontinued. Coins earned through fraud or abuse may be revoked.
Partners are solely responsible for the quality, safety, hygiene and accurate description of the food, products and services they list, and for holding every licence their business requires (for example, food-safety registration for food businesses). Partner applications submitted through Fluto are reviewed by our team before a partner goes live.
Delivery riders are independent partners whose applications are verified before activation. Orders are offered to riders by an admin-set priority ranking: the highest-ranked available rider is offered first, and if they do not respond within about a minute the order passes to the next rider, or to whichever rider will be free soonest. Riders agree to handle orders safely, behave courteously and follow all traffic and safety laws.
Fluto includes social features where you can share photos and short videos (up to about one minute, which we may compress to save data) captured in the app — optionally with filters — or uploaded from your device, and chat with people you connect with. You confirm you own or have the right to post this content, and you grant Fluto a licence to host and display it within the app. Do not post unlawful, obscene, misleading or infringing content; we may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.
You agree not to misuse Fluto — including fraudulent orders or bookings, abusing offers or Coins, harassing partners, riders or other users, or attempting to disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Business enquiries and meeting requests with our leadership, sent through our website or by email, are reviewed by our team. Sending a request does not guarantee a meeting or create any business relationship. Please do not include confidential information in a first request; any agreement between you and Sevra must be made separately in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, Sevra Groups Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, as determined under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by other means, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use Fluto after a change means you accept the updated terms.
For help with an order or booking, use Help & Support in the app. For business enquiries or questions about these terms, write to sales@flutoapp.in. For complaints or grievances, contact our Grievance Officer, Visu Singh, at sales@flutoapp.in (Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm IST); details are in the Grievance Officer section below.
Sevra Groups Private Limited respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use Fluto, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Fluto app and website, including forms on the website such as partner applications and meeting requests.
We collect the mobile number and name you sign up with, your delivery addresses, your orders, bookings and preferences, and basic device and app-usage data. With your permission we use your location to show nearby partners and estimate delivery, and — only when you choose to use social features — your camera, microphone, and the photos or short videos you capture or upload, along with any social profile details you add. When you contact us through the website we collect what you submit: for partner and rider applications, your name, phone number and business details; for meeting requests, your name, company, email, phone number, preferred date and time, and message. To prevent spam we also keep a one-way (hashed) form of the network address a website request came from — never the address itself.
We use your data to place and deliver orders, manage bookings, route riders, calculate arrival times, run offers and Fluto Coins, provide support, respond to business enquiries and meeting requests, prevent fraud and spam, and — where you allow it — send offers and updates. We do not sell your personal data.
We share only what is needed to complete your order or booking: your items and instructions with the partner, and your name and delivery address with the assigned rider (your phone number is masked where possible). We use trusted service providers for hosting and database, sign-in, payments, maps and notifications, who process data on our behalf. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Location helps us show partners near you, pre-fill your address and track delivery in real time. You can turn location off in your device settings; some features may then be limited.
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme and cart. You can clear these through your browser or device at any time.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and tax obligations. Website enquiries and meeting requests are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
Under applicable data protection law, you may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent (including for marketing) at any time, and raise a grievance. You can delete your account in the app or on our account deletion page. To exercise any other right, contact our Grievance Officer below.
We protect your data with OTP-based sign-in, encryption in transit, server-side access controls and two-factor authentication for our administrators. No system is completely secure, so we encourage you to keep your device and sign-in codes private.
Fluto is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Content you publish through Fluto's social features — photos, short videos, captions and your social profile — is visible to other users as described in the app. You can delete your posts at any time, which removes them from the feed. Media may be compressed and cached on your device for smooth playback.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by other means, and the "last updated" date above will change.
